How it works

From request to secure access

Register

Provide your full name, institution, coaching title, division, conference, institutional email and telephone number.

CATS verifies

The basketball office verifies your coaching role and institution. Accounts remain pending until approved.

Request a transcript

Submit a request from a student-athlete's profile, stating the recruiting purpose and confirming legitimate purpose.

Time-limited access

Approved access covers one specific document, expires automatically, is fully audited and can be revoked at any time.

Create a college coach account

By registering you confirm that you are a member of the coaching staff at the institution named above and that you will use any released information solely for legitimate recruiting purposes, in line with our terms of use and privacy notice.

What you can access

  • Published recruiting profiles, film, statistics and academic summaries — no account needed.
  • Transcript requests you have submitted, with their current status.
  • Only the specific documents CATS has approved for you, for as long as that access is valid.

What we ask of you

  • Register with your institutional address — personal email domains are not accepted.
  • Keep credentials private; accounts are individual and auditable.
  • Use released documents only for the stated recruiting purpose.
