CATS staff accounts are issued by an administrator. College coaches sign in with the institutional email address used at registration.

Account security
- Accounts are individual. Do not share credentials with colleagues or assistants.
- College coach accounts stay pending until the CATS basketball office verifies the coach and the institution.
- Every transcript request, approval, download and revocation is written to an internal audit log.
- CATS staff roles — administrator, registrar and team coach — are assigned by an administrator, never self-selected.
